Selling Policy

Our mission is to build up and maintain a personalized relationship with our customers. Therefore we would prefer speaking with you directly. We hope that you will appreciate this personalized service, (but the choice is yours). If you are interested in purchasing, leasing, commissioning or require additional information for any of the original Art you have seen on this site, please contact us either by E-mail or by phone @ +41 79 938 23 77.

We do have the resources to get your Art to you safely. We use a local accredited packing & shipping company and are able to safely package and ship any Art from Vancouver - worldwide.

Taxes & Consumer Duties

Sales shipped out of Canada pay no Canadian taxes. Original artwork from Canada can be imported to the USA free of any US customs duty or excise tax. Artwork imported to most countries is subject to respective country's national sales tax.

Shipping

There are many shipping options available, such as FedEx, UPS, courier service, air cargo or surface transportation. Shipping and insurance are extra. We have shipped sculptures and Art world wide, without loss or breakage.

  • United States: 1-3 weeks
  • Europe: 1-2 weeks
  • Australia/New Zealand: 1-6 weeks

Payment

Hertach Studio does not offer credit terms. All artwork must be paid in full before they leave the gallery. Payment must be received within 10 days. We accept:
