NewsNew street banners going up in West End VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - New street banners used to promote businesses in the West End have been unveiled and feature the work of up-and-coming artist Yvonne Hertach. Lyn Hellyar with the West End Business Improvement Association says the banners uniquely identify key neighbourhoods: Davie Village, English Bay and Stanley Park. Hellyar says they wanted a program that unified the entire West End, while at the same time featuring different neighbourhoods. The new banners will be up in the West End by the end of September. |
